Valiant Sports Group Continues Africa Expansion in Kenya

As Valiant Sports Group continues to expand their footprint across the continent of Africa, the latest country to be added to the list of activities is Kenya. Already active in this market by way of the affiliation with SC ASYD and it’s owner Nikko Ogweno Bonyoh, the agency has now also assigned a country scout.

Tonny Kingori is now the country scout for Kenya and will help VSG with their activities in the country. Tonny is a former player for Abdelrahman when the latter owned an amateur team in Dubai. As captain of the team, Tonny understands what the agency goal is and how to unearth those top talents that can be found across the country in Kenya.

Delighted with this development, Abdelrahman told us “I am really happy to have Tonny on board with us. As a player he was phenomenal and a key part to the teams success. I am very sure he will bring that same drive and passion to his new role with the agency. We are already working on a few things together and the future is bright.”

Tonny spoke to us briefly and had this to say “Having known Abdelrahman for several years now from when I was his player and we have kept in touch since then. I am excited to be part of the agency and be able to help my countrymen find their way to professional football through the agency. There is an abundance of talent here and using the methods of the agency, I am very sure we will find a few that fit our mold.”
